Dear RTRS Member,
We are pleased to invite you to the RTRS’ 14th General Assembly, which is set to take place as follows:
- Date: November 20th, 2024
- Venue: Oude Vismijn (Old Fishmine) – Rekelingestraat, 5 – Ghent, Belgium
- Time: 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM CET Time
RSVP: To confirm your attendance in person or by proxy (delegating your voting rights to a representative),
please register in this link by November 15th, 2024.
Kindly note that only members who provide this confirmation will be entitled to attend (in person or by proxy)
For Participating Members who are unable to attend in person, a summary of your voting rights and
instructions for exercising your vote enabling a Representative is attached as Exhibit A. We strongly encourage
you to engage in this important process for RTRS and to exercise your voting rights in accordance with the
instructions provided in the attached “Voting ballot” no later than November 15th, 2024.
