| Description | This document sets out the requirements against which an economic operator in the soy supply chain will be assessed to demonstrate compliance with the EU RED. The soy supply chain includes the following operators: producers (growers), crushing, refining, esterification and blending, and takes into account storage and transportation up until the point the product is delivered to the market. |
