Dear RTRS Participating Members,
We hope this message finds you well.
Following the Executive Board meeting on October 21st, 2024, we are pleased to inform you that the RTRS Executive Board has resolved to present to the RTRS Participating Members the approval of the resolutions detailed in Annex A. This will be conducted through a written resolution in accordance with Article 18 of the RTRS Statutes, utilizing the e-voting procedure outlined below:

After submitting your e-vote, you will receive a confirmation email to acknowledge your submission.

Important Information: Each unique code permits only one submission per Participating Member. If multiple representatives within your organization receive this email, we kindly ask that you coordinate internally to determine who will cast the vote on behalf of your organization. Please note, once a vote is submitted, it cannot be amended or resubmitted.
For additional information regarding the e-voting procedure, please refer to Annex B and related materials on each resolution on Annex C.
Participating Members will have 30 calendar days from the date of this notice to exercise their voting rights. The Voting Period will commence immediately and conclude on January 2, 2025. Any e-vote submitted after this period will be disregarded.
The results of the e-voting will be communicated via email and published on the RTRS Website.
