| Description | This document describes the process whereby grievances from third parties are being handled, relative to RTRS, or its certification or accreditation bodies. Grievances can include, but are not limited to, some of the issues listed below: - RTRS Membership rules misinterpretation - Non-conformities of operators certified under RTRS standards and procedures - Non-conformities of certification bodies relative to accreditation bodies - Misuse of RTRS certificates or claims - RTRS Secretariat work |
