Convening notice 13th RTRS General Assembly
We hereby invite you to attend to the 13th RTRS General Assembly that will take place on June 12, 2019, in Utrecht, The Netherlands (“GA13”), from 1:30 PM through 4:30 PM.

Dear RTRS Members,
We hereby invite you to attend to the 13th RTRS General Assembly that will take place on June 12, 2019, in Utrecht, The Netherlands (“GA13”), from 1:30 PM through 4:30 PM, at the same venue as the RTRS Annual Conference RT14, Rabobank Head Offices, Croeselaan 18, 3521 AG.
We kindly request you to confirm your participation at the GA13 and to specify the name of the person that will attend on your behalf by June 7, 2019. Only those Members that deliver this confirmation will be entitled to attend.
Please note that Observing Members are entitled to attend to the GA13 but do not have voting rights. Only Participating Members will be entitled to cast votes.
If you are a Participating Member and you are not able to attend to the GA13, you may delegate your voting rights to another Participating Member of the constituency you belong to. In order to delegate your voting rights, please use the Voting Ballot Sheet attached to provide your voting instructions.
Please be reminded that each RTRS Participating Member may act as a representative (i) in the Producers constituency, for up to 5 other Participating Members of the same constituency; (ii) in the Civil Society Organizations constituency, for up to 5 other Participating Members of the same constituency; and (iii) in the Industry, Trade and Finance constituency, for up to 22 other Participating Members of the same constituency.
Kindly note that Participating Members unable to attend shall send the corresponding Voting Ballot Sheet, if applicable, to the RTRS Secretariat not later than June 7, 2019.
