2019 Annual communication
As set forth in Article 7 (5) of RTRS Statutes, RTRS Participating Members are required to submit the Annual Progress Report (APR) to RTRS Secretariat after the end of the calendar year, but not later than April 1 of the following year.
Through the APRs, RTRS Member Organizations report in an effective and transparent way on their activities and experiences regarding the promotion of responsible production, processing, trading and consumption of soy.
Given the current global context due to the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus and the operational difficulties associated with it, RTRS Executive Committee has decided, during its meeting held April 14, 2020, postpone the implementation of the annual publication provided for in Article 7 (7) of RTRS Statutes, which summarizes the progress made in relation to the APR and lists Participating Members who complied with the reporting requirements and those who did not. RTRS exceptionally extended the deadline for submission of the 2019 APR until 30 June, 2020.
Once the deadline expires, you are welcome to review the annual publication on the progress of the 2019 APR.

*The total number of members above includes eight members whose rights have been suspended. In addition, six organizations with suspended rights are excluded from the total number of Participating Members bound to present the Annual Progress Report as of December 31, 2019; in this sense, such members are not taken into account for the annual publication on the progress of the 2019 Annual Progress Report
